About

I started this blog as a graduate student, freshly planted in New York City.  I stopped blogging after I became a teacher. Did you know that there is an unspoken and wildly unattainable moral standard for teachers? Neither did I. Ergo, this blog retracted into the shadows, lurking in wait for lapses in judgment.

Now, I am an uncensored office-dwelling plebeian with a maladjusted moral compass and enough free time to live a little in this great city. I’m also trying to figure out what it means to be a New Yorker. I think it has something to do with cheesecake.
